Individual Course Approval Process

Courses approved for the Cognitive Science major are reviewed by our area specialists and director change each term and are determined to have sufficient cognitive science content to be included in our approved course list.  "Topical" (courses with numbers x500, x541) and "New" (courses listed with numbers x559) are often included in our approved lists, but only for specific topics or sections that directly relate to Cognitive Science or have a great deal of Cognitive Science content.
